We do not verify property details. All transactions occur directly between users.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into binding agreements and list properties.

4. Listings & Advertising Services
Listings are paid advertisements for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Users must provide accurate information and have authority to list the property.
We reserve the right to remove listings that violate laws or these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities
Users agree not to post misleading information, misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Website for unlawful purposes.

6. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers. Alberta Lands does not store full payment card details.

7. Intellectual Property
All Website content including branding, layout, and text belongs to Alberta Lands and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee listing accuracy, transaction completion, or uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the listing giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Alberta Lands from claims arising from their listings or misuse of the Website.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.
